I have set a goal to quit my current job by this time next year and make money online as an affiliate marketer. I want to give a step by step account on how I am doing with this goal. My plan is to give you frequent updates on my income and my overall plan of action.
I am a very ethical person and plan on doing this honestly and without scamming people. If you are unfamiliar with affiliate marketing, there is a whole lot to learn! In a nutshell, many companies will allow you to be an affiliate for them for free. Once you become an affiliate, you can then place ads or links on your own website or blog, forums, Facebook, Twitter, etc. If someone clicks on that link and buys something or sometimes even just fills out a form, you get compensated!
I have been teaching myself about affiliate marketing for about 2 years but have not made much money overall yet. It is really trickier than it sounds! However, I am now going through the AffiloBlueprint program plan on getting somewhere with this. I plan on keeping you updated on my progress through this blog.
